DELIVERY SERVICES TO HONG KONG SAR
FREE DELIVERY
Delivery is FREE on orders over HK$300 to all locations in Hong Kong SAR. For orders below HK$300, a HK$60 delivery charge is applicable.
The estimated delivery times products are shown on the relevant product description pages. In general, Hong Kong delivery is made within 1-2 working days from the date of ordering
If no-one is home then we will attempt to contact you/recipient the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
If this fails then the goods will be returned to us. In this case, regretfully Dotty Bee Hong Kong reserves the right to charge for re-delivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
If you have any concerns about our published delivery times, please email us at dottybeehk@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. We use a trusted local third party delivery company to deliver your order and we cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.
DELIVERY TO A HONG KONG HOSPITAL
We are able to deliver all Dotty Bee gifts to recipients staying in hospitals located in Hong Kong provided that the full address, ward and bed number is provided. Please note that delivery to hospital address will be done on a best effort basis and we do not take responsibility if the hospital does not allow our courier service to deliver. It is therefore required that you let us know at least 72hrs in advance the complete hospital details in order to make the appropriate arrangements. An email notification will be sent in the event that a hospital delivery is not possible and requires the gift to be delivered to an alternative address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship to most counties worldwide and use Hong Kong post. Delivery times will vary depending on the location and customs clearance:
MAINLAND CHINA: 3-4 working days
TAIWAN: 3-4 working days
JAPAN: 5-7 working days
USA/CANADA: 5-6 working days
AUSTRALIA: 7-9 working day
UK/FRANCE/SPAIN/GERMANY: 7-9 working days
SOUTH AMERICA: 12-15 working days
International shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from dottybee.net the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
You agree to indemnify Dotty Bee Hong Kong for any and all costs, fees and expenses incurred by Dotty Bee Hong Kong as a result of the violation of any local, state or federal laws or regulations or from tendering any prohibited item for shipment.
